  Insight Technology Solutions, a globlal IT solutions provider, is seeking for a Solution Sales Specialist located in our Italian office in Milan. The role is defined as follows: Focus will be on achieving sales and profit goals through Sales Opportunity Identification, Development and Deal closing. This will be achieved through close partnership with Insight’s Account Teams, supporting them on Account planning and Opportunity Generation. However main focus (Minimum 80% of time) is allocated to client engagement, deal development and closing. The Pre Sales Specialist is able to represent Insight and Microsoft’s value proposition to a mix of accounts, predominantly in the corporate sector (500-10,000 people/seats). Develop new Multi Year Annuity opportunities and contract wins for Microsoft Desktop EAs – attaching Cloud (O365) licensing, Azure and Surface devices. The position has expertise on Microsoft Volume Licensing programmes – especially Desktop Enterprise Agreements - Cloud Solutions, ideally O365 or Azure and leverages Microsoft technical knowledge as well as available internal/external organizational resources to develop and propose the Microsoft Modern Desktop (EA, O365 and Surface device) and Azure solutions to clients. Proactive client engagement and selling is expected: Master and sell the Insight value proposition to clients In-depth understanding of Microsoft’s volume licensing offerings, O365, Surface devices and Azure: Business value and technology expertise selling are both critical components to succeed in the role Performance is measured on exceeding defined sales targets & ability to have a business value and technology conversation resulting in business value selling and building a trusted advisor relationship within the client’s Business decision makers. Primary sales focus is on owning the qualified Sales Opportunities and turning these with high conversation rate into deal wins based on the technology & business value selling skill sets. Sales Skills, Teamwork and Self-management skills are essential to succeed Desired Skills and Experience Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of related experience in Pre-Sales Technology selling roles, preferably in the Corporate Segment. Proven track record in driving deal development, deal closing and winning accounts. 2+ years of Cloud and Productivity solution selling experience - including Microsoft Volume Licensing Agreements and Office 365 or Azure. Preferred: Completion of Microsoft technical/sales training & certification in relevant areas of technology, including: MCP/MCTS, MCSE, and more Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or related selling. Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
